RWENZORI REGION PARTNERS REVIEW TRAC FM REVIEW IMPLEMENTATATION

 At a Bright Wednesday  Morning  of  27th  August  2014, RIC-NET and Partner organisations of   Tooro Development Network, RIDE-Africa, HITS FM, Guide radio & Life FM met at RIC-NET  Board Room  to   review the progress  of   Trac Fm. Trac FM  technologies uses Radio and Mobile Telephone where the citizens respond to  the opion questions on FM  radio stations  regarding service delivery in their areas .
The  partners  realised that response to TRAC Fm opinions have come from far Districts as Hoima  and Ibanda.
During the meeting, partners agreed  to focus on Agriculture for the Next Month of september in relation to the markets of Agriculture products, Taxation, value addition, financing for the Agriculture sector, extension services. the members also agreed to regularly  Host District leaders on Radio programs  to address the issues raised by the citizens.

The  TRAC FM weekly opinion polls are run on Hits FM,  Life Fm in Fortportal Town, Guide Radio in kasese District ,  respondents type the Answer and send to 8585 .
