RIC-NET CARRIES OUT ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING FOR CONFLICT AFFECTED SCHOOL DROP OUT GIRLS.

                                                                                                                                                        As part of the global fund for children project that aims at skilling School dropout Girls, Conflict affected School girls or who need to be in School, and unlock potentials of poor youth, RIC-NET carried out two day entrepreneurship training for the conflict affected school dropout girls that took place on the 13th and 14th august 2014 at RIC-NET offices in Butangwa Karambi sub-county Kabarole District.
 
The training aimed at helping participants identify entrepreneurial potentials within their immediate communities and either as an individual or group prepares a plan to meet a gap or opportunity within their current means with a view of meeting full potential through hard work and income generated.
The training was opened by RIC-NET Executive Director –Mr. Murugahara John Silco, who introduced the facilitator and advised participants to learn skills of their lives and not things that they will forget after some time and declared the training open at 10:00 am.

The training was facilitated by Mrs. Winnie Lawoko Olwe, asocial entrepreneur. A total of 22 participants attended the training and of these 17 were the conflicted affected school dropout girls and the 5 were RIC-NET staff.
The conflict affected school dropout girls were :Kiiza Elizabeth, Kabugho Jacklyne, Biira Dorothy,Mbambu Erinora,Kabenda Kezia all from Ntoroko District,Bazumera Zurufa,Nyakahoza Goreth from Kamwenge District, Masika Deniise, Biira Racheal, Muhindo Maombi, Mbambu Rita, Muhindo Specioza all from Bwera in Kasese, Muhindo Robina, Kabugho Everlyne,Nyakato Hafusa, Uwizeye Naume and Kabugho Sanet from Kasese District.
